Overview

The Sales Analysis Report compares actual sales against the target sales for stores, and highlights variances to the user. It also provides functionality for comparing sales against the previous year.

Custom terminology allows you to define the retail terminology used within your business. Once defined, terminology automatically appears on criteria forms and reports. For more information on defining custom terminology refer to the article Custom Terminology.

Criteria Form

Field	Description
Report Date	This date field indicates the date for which the sales analysis report will be run.

Column	Description
Target Sale Value	The sum of the daily target values for the period.
Target Sale Value Var Percent	The variance of the actual sales when compared to the target sales, expressed as a percentage value.
Sale Value Same Store
Sale Value Same Store Variance
Target Financial Sales Value	The financial target sales as set by the Import Financial Targets application.
Target Financial Sales Value Variance Percent	The variance between the financial sales target and the sales target.
